Bahrain: Political Islam, foreign meddling major reasons for spread of terrorism

Nabil Yaqoub, the media adviser to the Bahrain King,
on Tuesday said that political Islam and outside interference are two major
reasons for the spread of terrorism in the past period.
He added during his participation in a forum on
combating terrorism and regional interference that political Islam is seeking
to recruit young people and stir them to commit acts of terrorism
He said an Arab stance should be adopted towards
this foreign interference that hampers the progress of the Arab peoples.
He also underlined the necessity of more care to
young people to spare them being recruited by extremist groups.
