Shooting in polling station in Kairouan not terrorist

Tunisia's Independent Higher Authority for
Elections (ISIE) asserted that the shooting that took place in a polling
station in Kairouan has nothing to do with any security or terrorist threats.
In a press conference on Sunday, the members
of the ISIE said that the incident took place before opening the polling
station, adding that the shooting accidentally happened when a soldier was
securing the place.
