LNA Spokesman says Egypt, Libya are in the same boat
Egypt has always been in support of Libya for
centuries, even during natural disasters and drought seasons, Libyan National
Army (LNA) Spokesman Ahmed Mismari said.
In a televised interview with Extra News channel,
Mismari lauded the vital role led by President Abdel Fattah El Sisi to resolve
the Libyan crisis and end the years of chaos in the Arab country.
"Egypt and Libya are in the same boat, facing
the same danger," Mismari said, adding that what is happening in the Sinai
Peninsula is now happening in Tripoli and Benghazi.
Speaking about foreign intervention in Libya, the
spokesman noted that there are many interests that prompted Ankara to intervene
in Libya.
He also vilified Qatar as the primary state sponsor
of terrorism in the country.
Mismari called upon the international community and
the Arab League to shoulder their responsibilities and hold the Turkish regime
accountable for its subversive behavior in the region.
