LNA urges int'l action to cut off Turkey's support to terrorist militias

The international community should take the actions
necessary to cut off Turkey's support to militias in Libya, head of the Libyan
National Army (LNA) mobilization department Khaled al-Mahjoub said Saturday.
LNA units secured all the areas that used to be
under the control of the Turkish-backed militias in Tripoli, Mahjoub told Sky
News TV channel in an interview.
He noted that militias are concentrated in the
center of residential areas in Tripoli.
"The Libyan people can never be defeated by a
bunch of extremist militants dispatched by Turkey," Mahjoub said.
Earlier on Friday, LNA Spokesman Ahmed Mismari said
that the Libyan army had controlled strategic areas on the road of Tripoli
airport and carried out the last phase battles to liberate the city.
