Houthis hold Yemenis back from Eid holiday
Saturday 25/August/2018 - 02:32 PM

Yemeni families under the control of Houthi
militias suffered from dire conditions during Eid al-Adha (the Muslim feast of
sacrifice) as buses and transportation means were banned under the pretext of
security concerns.
The Houthis held hundreds of Yemenis, mostly
women, children and old people, for hours at public stations during Eid al-Adha
holiday.
The Houthis also prevented Yemenis from
prayer at Al-Saleh Mosque, named after former president Ali Abdullah Saleh who
was killed by Houthis in December 2017.
