Airstrike kills ISIS leader in Afghanistan

A joint military operation by Afghan and international
forces killed Saad Erhabi, the head of ISIS in Afghanistan on Sunday. In addition to
Erhabi, 10 other ISIS militants were killed by a drone in Nangarhar province.
Earlier, Reuters said Mohammad Hanif Atmar,
Afghanistan’s national security adviser, Defense Minister Tariq Shah Bahrami and Interior Minister Wais Barmak,
in addition to Masoom Stanekzai, the head of the National Directorate of
Security, resigned on Saturday.
