Erdogan's mercenaries in Libya are rebelling against him
The monument has become the preferred method for the
Turkish regime when dealing with the Syrian mercenaries, after luring them with
huge sums of money as a result of going and fighting in the tasks entrusted to
them to go to Libya to support the Al-Wefaq militia against the Libyan National
Army forces, in addition to deceiving them and exploiting their financial
needs. Whereas salaries were forbidden for mercenaries in the capital, Tripoli;
This prompted them to seriously threaten, and to stage large demonstrations
against the Turks in Tripoli, due to their lack of regular salaries.
Following the
deception being practiced by the Turkish regime and its Qatari ally against the
mercenaries, and exploiting them in their war against the Libyan National Army,
and supporting the Al-Wefaq militia, by deluding them that they will travel on
a mission that seems easy, to find themselves on the front line against the
Libyan National Army forces; The Turkish intelligence deceived the members of
the pro-Ankara Syrian factions, and agreed with them that they are wanted to
protect civil institutions in Qatar, after the mercenaries left the Syrian
“Afrin”. They later learned that their true destination is in Libya, and not
Qatar, and the proxy war is for a feeble amount of money, and these militants
belong To the "Suleiman Shah", "Shah's Legion," and
"Sultan Murad"; According to the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights.
Syrian
mercenaries from the pro-Ankara factions, who participated in the battles in
Libya, revealed their separation, freezing and abandonment of their services,
in addition to being deprived, withholding salaries from them, and not
receiving all their material dues, as an audio clip of one of the mercenaries,
from the pro-Ankara "Hamzat" faction revealed , That the latter refrained
from giving them their salaries after their participation in the battles with
the Al-Wefaq militia, despite being the first mercenaries to go to Tripoli.
During the audio recording, the Syrian mercenary
revealed that they stayed in Libya for 5 and a half months, but they received
only 4 months' salaries, and were deprived of the last month's salary, before
informing them of their dismissal and freezing, and suddenly abandoning their
services, and informing them that they do not have any rights, despite the
sacrifices That they presented on the battlefield, noting that the mercenaries
’goal in heading to Libya is only for money and improving the conditions of
their families. Because life conditions in Syria are very difficult.
Despite all international calls to stop transferring
mercenaries to Libya, the latest of which is the American call to withdraw all
mercenaries from the countries that have been exhausted by the war for years,
these mercenaries are suffering from both problems, Turkey continues to support
the Libyan Government of National Accord with fighters and mercenaries,
Ankara's mercenaries have threatened to go out in mass demonstrations For the
first time, against the Turkish regime, after they were prevented from
obtaining their financial dues and separated.
And the mercenaries' threat to the Turkish regime
prompted the need to quickly contain the matter; Whereas, the Turkish Defense
Minister Hulusi Akar, accompanied by his Qatari counterpart Khaled Al-Attiyah,
was sent to the Libyan capital, which is controlled by the militia of the
Accord Government led by Fayez al-Sarraj; It was agreed to pay a 30% increase
in the salaries of the Syrian mercenaries sent to Libya from Turkey, for fear
of their rebellion and their coup against the leaders of Al-Wefaq. And this was
based on the request of the Undersecretary of the Ministry of Defense in the
Government of National Accord, Salah El-Din Al-Namrouche.
The Syrian Observatory for Human Rights documented
in its latest statistics the killing of more than 450 Syrians, including
children, in the battles of Libya, who were killed during the clashes,
especially in the fighting axes in the capital, Tripoli, and the areas under
the control of the Government of National Accord backed by Turkey, in addition
to the process of recruiting mercenaries, especially children. By the Syrian
factions loyal to Turkey and the methods of recruiting them to train them and
then send them to fight in the Libyan territories, sometimes without the
knowledge of their families, in full exploitation of the difficult living
situation and poverty situations.
The process of sending Syrian elements from
Turkish-backed factions to Libya comes as the card that Erdogan is playing to
stay there as much as possible there, and it has become an opportunity to open
the door for the terrorist organization to emerge and establish its presence,
taking advantage of the current situation, according to what was confirmed by
the spokesman for the Libyan National Army, Major General Ahmed Al-Mismari.
That Turkish intelligence transfers ISIS and Al-Nusra Front fighters from Syria
to Libya. "Al-Mismari" explained, during a press conference at the
end of December 2019, that Turkey had transferred hundreds of the most
dangerous terrorists from ISIS and Al-Qaeda from Syria to Libya, stressing that
"elements of the terrorist organization" ISIS "and the Al-Nusra
Front were transferred, By Turkish intelligence, and this issue is very
dangerous; Because there is a use in one of Tunisia's airports in this aspect,
which is Djerba Airport, where terrorist groups are landed, and then they are transferred
to Libya via the Western Mountain, and the airports of Misrata, Zuwara and
Mitiga received large numbers from the Al-Nusra Front and ISIS.
