Militants attack security training center in Kabul city

A standoff is underway between the Afghan forces and assailant militants in the vicinity of the 5th police district of Kabul, Khaama Press news agency reported on Thursday.

According to reports, a number of gunmen have launched a coordinated attack on a security compound close to the Aghan capital's Qambar Square.

A number of militants have taken position inside a building located close to the training center of the Afghan forces and are exchanging fire with the security forces, security sources said.
