The Houthi militias refused delivering aid, offered
by UN agencies and non-governmental relief organizations, to districts in
Yemen's Hodeidah governorate, controlled by the militias, local sources said.
The rebel militias prevented medical teams from
entering Ad Durayhimi district and took civilians as human shields, Sky News
reported on Saturday.
The International Committee of the Red Cross was
also prevented from entering the district, according to eyewitnesses.
