Major General Mahmoud Mansour, the founder of the Qatari General Intelligence Service, revealed many of the disasters of the regime, which he worked with for eight years, before he submitted his resignation at the end of 1996 after the agency radically departed from the principles on which it arose.

Sudan and support

Mansour was the Egyptian general intelligence agent before he established Qatari intelligence in 1988.

According to Mansour’s statements, Qatar has used many issues and files to achieve its personal interests, support for terrorism, and the Palestinian cause.

Sudan

Mansour said, during previous press statements, that since Qatar was expelled from the Arab coalition in Yemen, due to Doha's betrayal of Arab forces, the Qatari government sought to push Sudan to withdraw its participation in Yemen, and the government sent its foreign minister to Sudan, forgetting that he could not buy receivables everywhere.

Assassinations

Mansour added, Qatar tried to carry out assassinations of leaders of Arab countries, so it tried to assassinate former President Muhammad Hosni Mubarak by planning with the brothers of Sudan in Addis Ababa, as well as it was involved in the assassination of Gaddafi, and tried to assassinate the King of Saudi Arabia, and planned to assassinate President Abdel Fattah al-Sisi.

Implementing Israel's interests

Mansour revealed that Israel is using Qatar to implement its policy in the Arab region as a guarantee of the regime's survival in Doha, in exchange for providing full financial support to Tel Aviv, and that the ruling family in Qatar has been implementing Zionist plans towards the Palestinian people, to divide it and entrap it in a Palestinian-Palestinian conflict.

The Qatari intelligence founder said, “Since the Al Hamdeen coup against Sheikh Khalifa bin Hamad, the General Intelligence Office in Doha has monitored the arrival of Israeli delegations coming from Amman International Airport and we expected that there are Qatari efforts in favor of the Palestinian cause, but over time we discovered the opposite, and the picture became clear to us more broadly.“

He pointed out that the visits and the exchange of interests increased significantly with the arrival of the Arab Spring protests in 2011, and that Israel funded Qatar with military equipment, armed it and provided it with fighters, while the latter funded the Israeli army with petroleum products.

Media money

According to Mansour, Doha is spending billions to whiten her face, and to buy off Western personalities to cover up its criminal actions and support for terrorism, and "bribery is an essential part of Qatar's policy," noting that Qatar directly or indirectly supervises media mouthpieces spokesperson for it.

These institutions are the Al-Jazeera channel in Doha, complementary channels, the east and the homeland of Ankara in addition to the areas purchased in British newspapers and American newspapers at varying times to spread lies about the Middle East targeted by the West, which is funded by Qatar, according to Mansour.

Terrorist financing

Doha's relationship with terrorist groups branched out to include terrorist leaders in the world such as: Osama bin Laden, former leader of al-Qaeda, Ayman al-Zawahiri, the Doha-Brotherhood alliance, and the relationship of the al-Hamdin organization to the Iranian mullahs regime, according to Mansour.
